Who we are?

SMLSITARE Program entitles engagement programs where in Mechanics and Retailers engage with SMLSITARE team through SMLSITARE App.

The SMLSITARE App can be downloaded and used by any successfully enrolled SMLSITARE Customers (Mechanics/Retailer) after completing the registration process & submitting all mandatory documents as requested and adhering to all Terms & Conditions as mentioned below.

SMLSITARE program (here after referred to as SMLSITARE) has the final authority to approve or reject the customer’s registration and no explanation will be provided in case of rejection whatsoever may be the reason. The SMLSITARE is open only to mechanics that are resident Indian nationals and have purchased product of SML after enrolment in this program. Successfully registered customers will be enrolled in to the SMLSITARE and shall avail the benefits that are designed to earn loyalty points on selective products which bears SMLSITARE coupons.

Products are available without the coupons also as the offer keeps changing basis the promo pack and some packs of the participating products may not bear coupons due to packing error and no compensation will be provided for those packs without coupon

Accumulation of points will be subject to sole discretion of SML.

The explanation and clarification given in the FAQs also form part of the Program Terms and Conditions

SML reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotion benefits, at any point of time without prior intimation.

On becoming a member of the Program, the applicant authorizes SML to use data submitted by him/her under the Program in any manner as per the requirement of SML. SML holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality of services provided by the mechanic/Retailer enrolled on this Program, and will not be responsible if the said goods/services are found defective/deficient/ unsatisfactory in any way. SML shall not be responsible for any liability incurred by the Cardholders or gifts, with respect to any aspect of the Program. SML shall not, in any way, be liable or under any obligation to the gifts & Cardholders if the Program is withdrawn or modified due to statutory enactments, judicial/quasi judicial orders or any other reasons beyond its control. SML reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the terms & conditions or the duration of the Program, with or without prior notice.

The Loyalty points in the members account are non transferable The gifts/rewards due against Loyalty points earned are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations. Any fraud or abuse of the Card and/or rewards/benefits arising out of the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by SML including forfeiture of accumulated Loyalty points and related rewards/benefits, and may result into the cancellation of the membership. If some Loyalty points and/or rewards/benefits are wrongly credited into Cardholders account or gifts, the same shall be debited and the person shall be informed accordingly. In case of any dispute on the Loyalty points and/or rewards/benefits, the same shall be looked into/resolved only on producing of the transaction bill/MRP tag to SMLSITARE Call Centre. If a member believes he or she has not received Loyalty points for any transaction, he or she can take up the request with SMLSITARE, for such credit(s) at their helpline nos.

As a member of the Program, the member authorizes SMLSITARE to send marketing communications through the media at the discretion of SMLSITARE In case of loss/theft of the Card or gift, the member must inform the SMLSITARE call centre/distributor immediately and apply for issuance of a duplicate Card , if interested. SMLSITARE will not accept responsibility for circumstances that are beyond its reach or control, and that may cause a delay or inability to fulfill requests of the gift or Cardholders. Nothing under this Program shall be interpreted or construed as creating or establishing any relationship of employer and employee or that of principal and agent between SMLSITARE and the User.

Use & Validity

1. All the Cards, even after their issuance, remain the property of SMLSITARE. In case the company closes this Program, the Loyalty points shall lapse.

2. Loyalty points can be redeemed only through SMS, call & app

3. Loyalty points can be redeemed only by way of gifts/partners gift vouchers.

Privacy Policy

SMLSITARE collects and uses User’s personal information for the following purposes:

A) To personalize your experience: We may use information to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

B) To improve our Program: We continually strive to improve our program offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

C) To send periodic SMS: The contact number provided by user, will only be used, to send them information and updates. It may also be used to respond to their enquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If user decides to opt in to our contact list, they will receive SMS that may include company news, updates, related product or service information and marketing information.

D) If at any time, the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future SMS they may do so.

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
